BHRIA - Region 12 BH Plan Scheduled for BHEC Consideration October 6, 2026

Stakeholders,

Region 12 has received official notice that the Region 12 Behavioral Health Plan is on the agenda of the Behavioral Health Executive Committee (BHEC) for consideration and approval Tuesday, October 6, 2026, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 

Everyone may review the meeting agenda or virtually attend the BHEC meeting by visiting the Health Care Authority Behavioral Health Reform and Investment Act (BHRIA) webpage. We expect the agenda and virtual meeting information will be published by the close of business October 2, 2026.  

Because the draft Region 12 Behavioral Health Plan was previously considered and approved through an open meeting, the plan is publicly available for review on the Otero County Behavioral Health Reform and Investment Act (SB3) Regional Planning webpage. 

We encourage stakeholders to take time before the October 6 meeting to read and review the plan that will be considered by the BHEC. 

Additional information and updates regarding the BHEC meeting will be shared as they become available.
